Product Introduction:
In the process of circuit signal transmission, the voltage signal will weaken as the transmission distance increases. The use of current transmission can avoid the signal from weakening. This module is used at the end of current signal transmission to convert the signal into a voltage signal for detection by the microcontroller. The current input supports 4-20 Ma , 0-20mA , and the voltage output supports 0-3.3V 0-5V 0-10V
Product Highlights:
The supply voltage range is wide and the output voltage supports multiple ranges;
Both zero point and full scale can be adjusted by yourself;
High stability, good linearity, industrial grade;
The current signal sampling resistor uses high-precision color ring resistor, which has high precision, small temperature drift and high power.
Instructions for use :
1. The module is wired as defined, with a supply voltage of 7-36V (if the output is to be 10V , the supply voltage must be greater than 12V )
2. After power on, the D2 light should be on, otherwise please check the wire connection. The board has reverse connection protection , so it will not burn out .
3. When the current input is at the minimum value ( 0mA or 4mA ), adjust the ZERO potentiometer to make the VOUT output at the minimum value ( 0.0 V or other voltage )
4. When the current input is at the maximum value ( 20mA ), adjust the SPAN potentiometer to make the VOUT output at the maximum value ( 3.3V or 5V or 10V . When the input is 4-20ma , the output can be as low as 2.5V ).
According to your needs, select the corresponding range through the jumper cap:
4–20ma : 0–2.5V range: J1 1 , 2 pins short-circuit, 3 , 4 pins short-circuit
0–3.3V range: J1 1 , 2 pins disconnected, 3 , 4 pins disconnected
0–5.0V range: J1 1 , 2 pins short-circuit, 3 , 4 pins short-circuit
0–10.0V range: J1 1 , 2 pins short-circuited, 3 , 4 pins disconnected
0–20ma : 0–3.3V range: J1 1 , 2 pins short-circuit, 3 , 4 pins short-circuit
0–5.0V range: J1 1 , 2 pins short-circuit, 3 , 4 pins short-circuit
0–10.0V range: J1 1 , 2 pins short-circuited, 3 , 4 pins disconnected
